If I find myself single by the age of 40, I can imagine my birthday celebrations filled with juicers and gym memberships. Or perhaps my friends and family will lose hope in my romantic prospects and just gift me cheese platters instead. Honestly, a delightful array of cheeses would certainly take my mind off the idea of spending my life alone. Anyway, after the party wrapped up, I had the chance to sample one of the cheese platters with the soon-to-be-wedded couple, and I must say, the cheese we had from there was absolutely fantastic.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I always come here for their fantastic selection of cheese and wine. The staff is incredibly friendly as well.

My friends ordered three cheese platters for their engagement party. It's interesting how people seem to think that when a couple gets married, they will suddenly start eating blocks of cheese all the time. I suppose it makes sense; once you're married, there’s no need to be careful about how much cheese you eat. Even if your partner isn't quite on board, they're legally committed to you for better or worse, in wealth or poverty, in sickness and health, until death do you part. So, an unrestricted cheese diet really encompasses a lot of those vows. If I find myself single by the age of 40, I can imagine getting juicers and gym memberships for my birthday. Or perhaps my friends and family will lose hope in my love life and start gifting me cheese platters too. After all, indulging in a delightful variety of cheeses could certainly take my mind off the prospect of being alone. Anyway, after the engagement party wrapped up, I had the opportunity to share one of those cheese platters with the soon-to-be-married couple. The cheese we tried was absolutely delicious!

The restaurant boasts an impressive selection of wines at fantastic prices, and the prosciutto is incredibly delicious. The staff is also very attentive and helpful.

I found some excellent brie at a reasonable price. The staff was incredibly friendly and patiently answered all my questions while my somewhat rambunctious toddler explored the shop. They even offered samples! I’m not aware of any other cheese shops in Hoboken that have this variety, so I’m really glad this one is available. While I would still travel to the city or Jersey City for my favorite creamy treats, it’s fantastic to have a local option for some quality cheese.
