Waterman's - Hobart

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the location was perfect. My partner and I stayed there in late January, and the accommodation was absolutely beautiful. The COVID-19 safety procedures were impressive; we didn't have to interact with anyone for check-in. Although we did visit the bar, we could choose to socialize with as many or as few people as we felt comfortable with. The food was delicious, and we even enjoyed a meal in our room one night for a relaxed evening. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

I visited the restaurant on a Tuesday at 5 PM. The seating was cozy, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I ordered the $10 pumpkin pizza, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. I requested extra mushrooms on top, and they accommodated me at no additional charge. The gentleman who served us was delightful as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We stopped by for cocktails after dinner and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent and very friendly. It was a delightful discovery. Liam was a wonderful host and made our time there even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our evening even better!

Great service and location. here at my partner late jan, absolutely beautiful accommodation, excellent Covid procedure they do not need to see someone to check, we went down to the bar, but they could have as many or as few people as they comfortably with. eating was great that we spent one night in our room. they would recommend it and stay back.
