Black Buffalo Tavern & Restaurant

The black buffalo hotel tavern offers good to very good food at excellent prices. It is not fine dining, and makes no pretense at being so. Go there and enjoy a generous sized meal (very generous) chosen from a surprisingly innovative menu. I loved the crumbed scallops, while my partner chose a huge chicken schnitzel. There are limited options however for wine by the glass.

If you want great food at very reasonable prices this is the place to go. great food good drinks and great staff

Went out with my partner Saturday night - decided on a dish to share and ordered...staff taking the order where flexible with our request regarding changing the deal from the Entertainment Book...Meal and salads arrived quickly - great meal...fresh sea food cooked well, good salad....staff attentive and friendly . All in all an enjoyable experience.

Went in there for dinner last night and ordered an entree to share and a main each. Entree Calamari was pretty good but the mains were unedible. The parmi was dry and overloaded with cheese which made the crumb wet and taste like goo.My partners chicken wrapped in prosciutto was dry and salty. The corn risotto was too sweet which didn't make sense. Also have no idea what the deal is with paying upfront before having your meal. Will never return to this terrible place
