The Handle Coffee Shop - Hitchin

A lovely, hidden gem of a coffee shop. The service is friendly, the coffee is excellent (with a wide variety), and the homemade cakes are outstanding. When I visited, it wasn’t too crowded, so I found plenty of seating, even though there was a constant flow of customers.

The coffees here are excellent, and the snacks are creative and unique. I really enjoy the mismatched crockery and the eclectic decor. The staff are always incredibly friendly, and the prices for artisan coffee are very reasonable.

Unfussy and relaxed coffee shop. A hidden gem for locals, worth going to instead of the shops on the High Street. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

I enjoyed a lovely coffee and cake at this place; it's truly charming. They were out of one of the items we ordered, but to make up for it, they generously offered us a free brownie. The service was outstanding, so I give it a solid 5 stars!

The best coffee in Hitchin. James is very friendly and welcoming. They now sell vegan cookies which, are amazing. I would highly recommend this place.
