Their service and items on their menu are both poor. Surprisingly more concerned with the car spaces outside their shop which I found odd.

Just under $50 for a family box 2x whole chicken n chips plus a choice of salad freshly cooked and a 1.25 drink... Best bang for your buck.... best in the area

When I came a couple of months ago, I wanted to order a quarter chicken with chips. I had been told that they ‘ran out of chicken’. How does a shop that primarily sells charcoal chicken run out of chicken. I then ordered a chicken wrap instead. The chicken wrap was absolutely horrible. It tasted so dry it felt like I was eating cardboard. It had no flavor or anything to it. I felt leaving disappointed and thought of writing a review on here but thought I wouldn’t because it’s my first bad experience. The second time I came here it took it took 30 minutes for my meal to come out after I had been told it would be only be a 15 minute wait. All I had ordered was a quarter chicken with a Greek Salad which is quick and easy to get. Mind you it costed $15.00 which is a complete rip off. The staff seemed to be more concerned about their takeaway orders rather than their customers who have opted to eat in. There were other customers that were waiting around for their meals before me, I could only imagine how long they were waiting for. When the lady noticed I had been waiting around she quickly got my meal and had told me my order had been missing and I should have come up and told them sooner. As a customer I shouldn’t have to tell the staff to get my meal, they shouldn’t stuff it up in the first place. This is my second bad experience here which has led me to write this review. I won’t be supporting this local business anymore and would rather drive 15-20 minutes to get chicken elsewhere than to come here. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

I have purchased numerous charcoal chickens from RED ROCK since their opening and have never been disappointed with juicy tender chicken that sparkles with flavor. I also purchase one their various salads which are always fresh and very tasty. All of this feeds my wife and I for $20..00, which is great value after a long day at work. You can also either eat in or do take away, as I do, and they also have wonderful fish chips, hamburgers etc and although I have not tried them, they have wonderful gelato bar. Put this place on your list for a beautiful meal.

I am a regular at Red Rock Charcoal Chicken. The chicken are cooked nicely, very juicy and tasty. Highly recommended!
