Fancy Sushi And Grill - Hilton Head

The service was a bit slow, but I assure you, the wait was definitely worthwhile. Although it wasn't on the menu, I decided to try the special, the Fancy Q roll, and it turned out to be one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had! The roll was quite large and very satisfying. It was filled with spicy tuna, tempura shrimp, tempura sweet potato, and cucumber, then topped with avocado, mango, and eel sauce. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the sauce was so good that I couldn’t help but lick my plate clean! The owners have just changed, so I'm not sure if any changes will take place, but as of last week, this place is definitely worth a visit!
