United Dairy Farmers - Hillsboro

This place has always had the most wonderful staff. They greet you warmly when you walk in and are always ready to assist you with anything special you might need. Last night, I observed two employees—a manager and a cashier—handle a difficult situation with a disruptive customer who had previously stolen from the store. I was truly impressed by their professionalism as they remained calm, courteous, and respectful, even while being cursed at and touched inappropriately. These two young women deserve commendation for their professionalism. Additionally, the shop offers a wide selection of ice-cold beverages, ready-to-eat foods, and snacks. It's conveniently located just two blocks from my house, and I've been a loyal customer for 20 years. I absolutely love it!

I stopped by this coffee shop in the Short North on a recent evening, really craving some caffeine. I walked in, grabbed a cup near the espresso machines, filled it with cappuccino, and paid. To my surprise, they said it was on the house! The place is also much more spacious and quieter than other coffee shops in the area, although I did notice that the cappuccino wasn’t made with real espresso...

I visited the restaurant with my EBT card to find out if I could buy ice cream using it. The manager was very accommodating and even helped me choose the best ice cream flavor. The toppings are free, which is a nice bonus! Despite a bit of a crowd, I would love to come here every day if the situation were more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially for ice cream. The prices are reasonable, and they have a great variety of flavors. I highly recommend trying the Superman flavor; it offers a little bit of everything with every bite!
