Great little hometown diner. Good home cookin', really good menu variety and time of day, and the prices won't break the bank. Fast, friendly service. Never disappoints.

We got there at 1:55, there was 2 family's there and 1 guy. While waiting for our waitress (the only one they had) 2 other tables came in. We waited 20 min before our waitress came to ask us about our drinks, by then the 2 other tables that came in got up and left. It took another 20 minutes for our food to come out, we got a BLT and a bacon grilled cheese and one order of fries to split. The waitress seemed like she was doing one table at a time. Taking orders, bringing out food then moved to the next table. We ordered pie also it came fast. Took less time to cash out then anything else. It was good food tho. We drove 45 mins to get there. Was it worth the trip? Food wise yes, the waiting no. There was a call where 11 people were coming in at 430. The waitress told the girls in the back and there were like oh my goodness. Thought about sticking around to see how it goes. Or lending a hand.

I met the owner and daughter during my visit. They are down to earth people! The food was fresh and very good. This place is on my A list for sure.Food: 5/5
