The Daily Grind - Hillsboro

While on the way to a nearby hunting expo, I stopped in for a quick breakfast. and opted for a coffee and a muffin. As the first bite of banana nut passed my lips, I paused, and a smile washed over me. Best muffin I'd ever eaten in my life. I teased my friend I'm glad I drove all the way from Wisconsin to taste the best muffin in the country! Seriously though, was blown away!

Loved my experience here! The staff were so nice and I was allowed to bring my puppy inside with me!They offered him a treat and he stayed nice and calm during our stay. I ordered the bacon and cheese frittata and an iced caramel macchiato. Both were amazing!The space inside and outside is so cute and I can see why the local community loves it so much. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area!

Being new to the area from a city known for lots of great restaurants, I have to say that the Daily Grind is by far the best food around! Have always had great service and love the food options (creative and tasty).My husband praised the biscuit and gravy...had the perfect bite to it. My favorite sandwich is bacon jala-berry melt. I could eat it every day. The decor is charming.I wish they would open a full-service dinner restaurant.

This place is delicious! I love eating here! The pancake muffins and cinnamon roll muffins are AMAZING!

I was so happy they were open late last night and made the most AMAZING lemon shake-ups!! They were absolutely delicious and I hope they offer them again! The owners were so nice and welcoming the staff was just as friendly. Absolutely LOVE the muffins, cookies, and tea! Every time I go I have a great experience! Amazing, cute, little shop.
