Taco Bell - Hillsboro

This is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations. There's usually no wait at the drive-thru, and the portion sizes are generous. The one in Cornelius tends to be much busier and has longer wait times.

Thank you, Taco Bell! I accidentally placed the wrong order, but when I got to the window, I explained what I thought I had ordered, and they happily remade my food to match my actual request. To top it off, since I had to wait (which was totally my fault, so I didn’t mind), he even gave me some Taco Bell coupons! The staff member was really friendly as well. They did an amazing job turning a misunderstanding into a fantastic experience!

I always have a great experience at Taco Bell! This location is typically very quick, but on this particular night, the wait was much longer than usual. However, to make up for the delay, they graciously provided me with a complimentary large soft drink. Excellent customer service!

The service was quick, and unlike many Taco Bells, the portion sizes of the menu items, particularly the meat fillings, were more generous!

This location has consistently met my expectations. I usually utilize the drive-thru, so I don't have much experience with the walk-in service. However, the food is always hot, prepared quickly, and just as I expect it to be (never missing any utensils or napkins). The staff members are friendly and polite, and there seems to be very little turnover, at least during morning hours. I highly recommend this place.
