Og Birrieria - Hillsboro

The OG combo plate and burrito we ordered were fantastic.

The Birrieria Pizza is massive! It can easily feed 3 to 4 people and is packed with meat. It has a flavor reminiscent of tacos, but with a unique horizontal twist. The dish is so flavorful on its own that you won't even need any sauces. Everything was served hot and fresh. Although the wait was longer than anticipated, it was definitely worth it.

What a fantastic find! We tried the birria burrito and it did not disappoint. The filling was flavorful and delicious, with just a little bit of rice that added a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised by what I believe was mozzarella cheese inside the burrito - it worked really well. The burrito was so big that I had half for lunch and saved the other half for dinner. The tortilla had a crispy exterior which added to the overall experience. I will definitely be coming back. The watermelon agua fresca was the perfect refreshing drink to accompany the meal. The green sauce had a creamy avocado flavor while the red sauce provided a good kick of heat.

First, this is always important for me, is cleanliness of the plant and how the employees work. I am here three times and after watching her place is always clean and the employees work clean. this is of utmost importance to return customers and food integrity. next, to eat: the tacos I had are some of the best I had in quite a long time. they could even be the best in hillsboro, certainly that I have seen. recommend the OG-Tacos with the consom to dive. it is a manifestation. in consideration of the quality of food and the portions, the prices are fair. I have the four Taco plate and a large queensadilla and it was around $22. OG truck is my new one, they don't think they'll find better in the city.
