Insomnia Coffee Co — Baseline

This Insomnia location would be fine for a leisurely cup of coffee and a giant pastry if you want to hang out. Unfortunately I don't have time for that and had to leave part of my paid-for to-go order behind because it took them too long. I waited 15 minutes for a yogurt, biscuit, and cold drink (nothing to brew, warm up, or majorly prepare). Great coffee/baked goods and the space in Hillsboro is awesome! I very much so appreciate the decaf drip they have available:

Wow this place is busy on a Sunday afternoon. Interesting place.

Prices are on the upper tier of competitive, but you get what you pay for here. I probably just had the best mocha I've ever had- no kidding. The whip creme is just....wow!, and it was HOT, which I don't always receive. Yeah, I'll be back.

I have been to all but one of their locations and they are all wonderful people and places.
