Thick ‘N Fluffy Classic French Toast lacked flavor. the Ultimate Chocolate Cake was dry and all around not good!

Slow service, attitude when you check on an order that was submitted almost an hour prior, not the best service

The new Thick N Fluffy Lemon Ricotta Mixed Berry French Toast was absolutely incredible. The lemon ricotta had a slightly unusual flavor since it was my first time trying it, but it was really delicious. The hash browns were cooked just the way I like them, with the perfect amount of crispiness. The sausage links were also perfect.

The pancakes and sausages were decent, but I wouldn’t recommend the toast. Everything else was served hot, but the toast was cold and as hard as a rock. The over-medium eggs were watery when I cut into them, the hash browns were hardly browned, and the bacon lacked crispiness.

My roommate thoroughly enjoyed your new buttermilk crispy chicken breast – he couldn’t stop talking about it after his meal! I tried the tilapia, and it was quite good as well. However, I think a little bit of salt and pepper would enhance the flavors of your dishes. We both really loved your mac and cheese, but we wished we had received more than just a tablespoon and a half. I had nearly three-quarters of a cup of corn, but only a couple of bites of mac and cheese! That just doesn’t seem to add up to us.
