New Wing Luck - Hillingdon

The food is not the best but since it’s close by so it is convenient. They charge all the customers in cash only which is very surprising. I’ve been to this place for take away a couple of times but yesterday when. I told them I lost my wallet and if they could charge me with card this one time assuming that’s not much I was asking for the lady denied. She went running to the kitchen and asked the chefs to stop preparing my order and asked me to leave and that they can only take cash and nothing else. I even gave them the option to transfer in their bank accounts but I’d say she was very cold and did not wanted to do any cashless transaction.

Been using Wing Luck ever since it first opened but after the terrible service tonight I'll be going elsewhere in future. They sent our order with 2 wrong dishes and no red sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. They then tried to blamed us by saying we ordered wrong!!! They refused to do anything about our order which I eventually threw in the bin in disgust along with their take away menu. Their customer service was absolutely non existent and I'll order food elsewhere in the future.

We always order Chinese takeout from New Wing Luck. The quality of food and service is consistently excellent. Our family is envious because they do not deliver to Iver Heath!

The customer service at this restaurant was truly terrible. I accidentally forgot to add an item to my order on Just Eat and called the restaurant to ask if I could pay over the phone to add it to my order. The lady I spoke to was very rude and said no. I then asked if I could pay for the item as a collection through Just Eat and have it added to my order, which was over 30 pounds, and she once again said no. I was very disappointed as my family had spent a lot of money at this restaurant in the past. I would not recommend this place as the receptionist was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

What joke this place is. Ordered of just eat stating delivery free then get e mail not even a call saying cancelled order. When I call them they say over 3 mile £3 deliver charge. get stuffed going report them false advertising and just eat should take of there list. What con artists
