Spisestedet - Hilleroed

In the castle complex this was a solid cafe/ restaurant serving salads and Danish open sandwiches, beer and wine. Good to stop in after the many hours walking around the castle. Service was really good. Nothing over special but what they did was good.

Their food is good. The service is ok. Are the weather well, so sid outside. It is the most cozy. The locals are interesting, but something boring.

We enjoyed a lovely and varied brunch with a good selection and great opportunities to find something that fell in a personal taste. Cozy surroundings at Frederiksborg Slots area in the small annex.

Christmas lunch of even quality. Not so much that seems delicious homemade, but also nothing falling through.

Nice and inviting selection. Scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon from the warm, otherwise 3 types of cold meats, 2 types of cheese, smoked salmon, skyr in small dishes, various cut fruits, possibility to make pancakes, there were 4 types of pastry, rye bread, bread and buns without cores and carrot cake. Orange juice, coffee and tea (ask for tea) A little boring buns, otherwise fine.
