Fry with parsley sauce. Mums, it’s something we all can li’. It is our national law. But but. A parsley sauce must taste of parsley with delicious green parsley in. Here it was a white baked sauce without any taste of parsley. The pieces of parsley that were in were gray . Maybe they have come in? We were for a birthday party for one of our friends. We met at Skævinge Kro at 12.30 and got a welcome drink, then we got a 3 dishes menu consisting of: Made : Smoked salmon pie, with chopped red onions and apple cube, and lovely freshly baked envelope bread with herbs butter. Headed: The ox felt with baked vegetables, for the first serving, for the second serving there was broccoli baked redbeds and carrots. The meat was perfectly prepared and nice.
