The Outback Inn - Hillcrest New Zealand

Myself and a 3 friends were planning on bringing a large group to the Outback to celebrate the end of another inline hockey season. However, when we got to the front of the queue, the bouncer on the door told us we were too old for town and ushered us out of the line through the chains (for context were all between 30 and 37). As a result, we went elsewhere, and had the other 20 or so people meet us there instead. Ridiculous attitude from this bouncer.

Awesome establishment, really love the 2 for 12 vodka redbull deal, also love the cleanliness of the toilets, keep up the good work team. The security guard is rude and always has a problem with not letting you in, whether it's an outfit, even if you change it 10 times, it's still not good... if you don't have ID because you're not local, but you show your passport, they won't let you in!!! If you don't speak English well, but write to him to write what you need, etc.. he will ignore you!!! is this a human approach? The worst club in the world!!

Bouncers are homophobic and highly discriminating. No proper training or lessons for the bouncer. Extremely overpriced and not worth going. Drinks are overpriced and staff are horrendously unfriendly. I wouldn't trust your life inside this establishment. Price per person: NZ$100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
