Starbucks - HIGHWOOD

Great staff who were very accommodating during COVID. The employee named TJ was particularly kind and helpful as he walked a coffee outside to us when we didn’t want to enter with an infant. Thank you, TJ!

The place looks completely new and I love the atmosphere. The system through the mobile pick-up is a nice additional touch!

My place! The staff is usually amazing and extremely polite. On a few occasions I had to go early (an hour before closing time, because the closing staff was a bit too loud with conversations, but overall, a great location.

Starbucks is not the best, but it is consistent, so you know exactly what to expect, both in the menu and in the quality.

Starbucks has always set the service bar quite high IMO. The staff is almost always friendly and happy. This is one of three neighborhood Starbucks that I often and is usually very busy. I usually use the ride, but I was in a hurry, so I decided to go inside to place my order. I wasn't disappointed. I was immediately welcomed by very friendly staff. They ordered me fast. I asked about bagged coffee choices and they explained what they had for sale. After I made my selection, I was asked how I liked it. A brief conversation later about my preferences and my coffee was perfectly ground. A very positive experience. Honestly, everyone here was amazing. I've experienced service in many restaurants last year. Most employees in other facilities just don't seem to care. There is no lack, there is only indifference. Not here. The staff in this Starbucks really left me with a positive impression of Starbucks and this store. Kudos.
