Snuffers - Highland Village

This place has fantastic burgers, and their cheddar fries are absolutely delicious. The staff is very helpful as well. However, I'm not sure I would recommend it here.

My waitress, who had adorable butterfly eyelashes, was fantastic! However, I was disappointed with the portion size of my Grilled Chicken Sandwich for $10, which didn't come with French fries or a side. It felt like I was being shortchanged!

My husband just picked up an order totaling over $50, and none of it was enjoyable. Both sandwiches were cold and had a burnt, bitter, and stale flavor. The loaded cheese fries were also burnt and nearly cold. The top-shelf margarita was tasteless and extremely bitter. While top-shelf drinks usually have a smooth taste, this margarita seemed like the lowest quality. I won't be ordering from here again.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food and drinks were excellent. While I found the service to be good, I think it could use some improvement. There were a few instances when the waitstaff were gathered in one area and we had run out of ketchup at our table, plus we didn't receive any straws for our drinks. However, when we finally got their attention, they were very apologetic and quickly took care of the issues. I will definitely return.

The atmosphere was peaceful, and the food was excellent. It's also conveniently located in Highland Village.
