Ghillies Cellar Bistro - Highland

We enjoyed our visit here at a dark humid night ending oktober. the service was good and we were made to feel welcome. eating was ok the vegetarian burger was good and the fish and chips ok, although the fish was the smallest of its kind I met. yet it was well prepared and we enjoyed our meal.

Cozy and welcoming as always. Despite some challenges in creating a personal touch, the staff did a great job and were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the Lairds buffet and Piper weren't available this year due to Covid restrictions, but hopefully they will return in the future.

The hotel is lovely and the staff is friendly. The food was superb and the room was very comfortable, especially the bed. We couldn't find a single fault with our stay. We will definitely be returning.

I was surprised by the size of the restaurant, it's like a proper labyrinth. I wish the bar area was larger and had more bourbon options than just Jack Daniels.
