Taco Bell - Hickory

The Taco Bell staff at 2505 Hwy 70 SE in Hickory are always up and prepare our orders quickly on the drive-thru. We even have special orders, but it doesn't slow them down. Our order is always exactly what we order, the food is really well prepared and items are never missing. In this place you can count on the Bell!

After almost a decade away from Hickory, I forgot how bad the kids are with cruise and filling parking lots a lot of Taco Bell and Walmart on the weekend. They often stopped the cops and cleared the lot. Food was fast and correct, I was in a long line and in less than 10 minutes. Company owned and do much better than the franchises in the area.

Not impressed. I understand that I have to use the kiosks, but I had to ask a question where I find water, and I saw a lady standing just behind the counter, so I said apology, and she literally turned around and went into the back section. When was the size of the palm?? There was hardly anything in the filling. What about you TACO BELL? I'm not gonna waste my money on Taco Bell soon.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help us if we needed it! The new Mexican pizza along with any other ordered item/food was well cooked and amazing! I had a great experience in this Taco bell and it was wonderful!

I had sat in line at the speaker for 10min and had said hello over and over again and no one would bother to answer! I drove up to the window an as all the workers just stood there and looked and me never even coming to the window sat there are a good 4min as everyone walked past with HEADSETS ON! Had to walk in! Need better employees! WAS NOT UNDERSTAFFED!! After being up there about almost 45 min we get our food and we get a 16$ box of taco hard and soft and they barely have any meat at all! I tried calling and calling 5 times and no answer
