Krispy Kreme - Hickory

What an amazing experience we had today. with my family at this place. the lobby was open. the staff was very attentive and very nice. a coworker named chaz helped us today. he has cooked us fresh glazed bounties while we enjoy the ones we have already bought. chaz went over what was expected today and it is very appreciated. before we left, I thanked them for the great service today.

Their donuts are absolutely delicious I have tried just about all of them and I have no complaints with any of them so far my order has always been right every time but I did notice that when I tried to order a particular donut they actually did not have it I wish that they did it's a powdered donut but other than that they're originals and all the other ones taste just as good so it makes up for it

It is a love hate relationship....I struggle with my addiction and the temptations but the guilt out weighs the pleasure at this moment and period of time in my life. I go in with the intention of being generous to others but then....especially if they are still warm, I can't resist!!!!!!

These guys are doing the good work today. I went somewhere else they were rude like you gotta get them early...People have lives outside of donuts sadly... They prepared properly for National Donut Day. Also, Thank you for handling the situation with grace and many donuts! Has always been my favorite donut and today they earned more business when it's not National Donuts Day. Thank you guys!

I don't typically leave bad reviews but I would avoid this Krispy Kreme or at least make sure you actually got what you went there to get. Stopped by this morning on the way to work because the hot sign was actually on. The inside was closed so I went to drive thru and asked if the doughnuts were hot and was told yes. However, I received doughnuts that were ice cold and tasted like they had most likely been made the previous evening. If one of your main marketing items is that your product is hot and fresh please deliver or turn off your sign and tell your customer when they ask.Will not be back.
