If you want steak and not have to break the bank for it this is the place. The straps are phenomenal. The Skirt steak is my favorite tender and awesome grilled flavor. A nice touch is they give you a sausage on the house as an appetizer. The service was also great, friendly and helpful with suggestions

I used to come to this Pollo Tropical every day because the employees are nice. Today, I met the manager in charge and I couldn’t believe she will loose an every day customer for an 84 cents discount. I’ll take my business some place else.

Discriminatory against people with disabilities and service animals. despite having a service animal tag for my dog that detects seizures they had me leave. I'm currently in the process of filing a formal complaint with the city along with a lawsuit. Discriminatorio contra personas con discapacidades y animales de servicio. Actualmente estoy en proceso de presentar una queja formal ante la ciudad y tambien demandarlos.

Meat was cooked well and tasted freshed. Sides were good also. Laid back family atmosphere. Service was fine. Would come back.
