I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They sent my order without some items because they had run out, yet they still charged me the full price. I spoke to a server who relayed my concerns to the manager, but all I received was empty promises that she would inform the owner, with no resolution offered. My meal was incomplete, missing rice and other items, and the overall service was lacking. To make matters worse, I was staying at a hotel far from home.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The tostones were so tough that I struggled to bite into them. I also didn't enjoy the chicken dishes. The sancocho de gallina only had a single piece of potato in it—just one! Overall, the food was not good at all, and I won't be returning.

Incredible dining experience with excellent service. I highly recommend it!

I don't like eating, they needed centuries to serve, they were not nice, disorganized, could not find my order, este lugar no me gusto, no me gusto el servicio, ni la comida.

I placed an order on Grubhub for pick up. It said they don’t do delivery which is fine but I looked online to order and it instantly said Grubhub. Then when I go to pick up the order, the lady tells us they don’t accept grubhub. That they received the call and they told them they’re not doing grubhub and not one person from this place called me. I got two messages from Grubhub telling me my order was accepted by the restaurant and Tammy food was being prepared. Never did it say they weren’t going to do it. That is seriously the most unprofessional and ridiculous service I’ve ever had. Not to mention they should update how they place pick up orders because they still show up under Grubhub.
