Jamo's Restaurant Bar - Herkimer

I was there 45 minutes, watched them give my apps to the wrong table and then told me they were out of what I had ordered. They tried to subsidize it with bread that wasnt fully baked. Then had an attitude when I asked for my bill so I could just go to Burger King.

What a horrible experience, been to this place more than once and had good food and good service, me and my family decided to go out tonight for drinks and a dinner to celebrate a new job, we sat down to a very short and unpleasant server. She told us it was $2 domestic drink night so I ordered a fat tire, she snapped and said that’s not a domestic, weird but whatever so i settles for the one out of 3 choices a bud light, my mother ordered a blue moon, no big deal, when the waitress returned with drinks i took one sip and immediately knew this drink wasn’t good, to make sure it wasn’t just me, because i don’t normally drink bud light, I had my sister a very experienced bar tender take a try, she immediately also knew it was not good, my mom took a sip of hers and it was sour too. When the bartender returned with the other drinks I very politely asked her if maybe she could try another draw, thinking maybe it was the first one of the night and needed to be ran, my mother also asked something along that line to her, she very snidely said that their was nothing wrong with the drink and that it won’t matter because the next one will taste the same, kinda like a “if you don’t like it to f$:,ing bad” type of statement, the whole party kinda looked at each other like did she really just say that, so anyways we kinda shrugged it off and i ordered a bottle of mich ultra, we decided we would just finish our drinks and leave and go somewhere else, well this then triggered the waitress and she walked away from the table, mumbling and saying something to the other server, she never returned, as we all finished our drinks a member of the party walked out to bar to pay for drinks so that we could all get out of their, ended up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for that, and was shorted money, but after that we were all eager to leave, as we were leaving a couple was coming through the entrance, as we pulled out we looked back and the same waitress and the male from the from the couple walking in as we left were standing by the window flipping us off and laughing as we left, now I’m not sure who the owner of this establishment is but i would hope that they don’t condone this behavior and would contact me about this, this was extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful, it’s very sad too, there is not much to choose from for restaurants in the valley, unfortunately this is one business me, or any of my family will patronize again. We ended up going to asteroga house for dinner and had excellent food and service.

Amazing food and atmosphere. We went for our anniversary and were treated so well.

The owner and staff were awesome! Had a great meal and a great time. Will definitely be back!
