Przekaż informację zwrotnąI visited yesterday for the first time. The customer service was amazing. They greeted me right as I walked in. I got the spicy chicken bowl, and it was so delicious. I love spicy and this was just perfect. Everything was cooked so fresh. I will definitely come back.
Never hear of this place before so I decided to try it out after reading the reviews. Upon entry, I was greeted by Sharon and noticed two men busily working the kitchen. The menu board is high above the register and after deciding on a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Fried Rice, Veggies with an egg roll my meal was complete with an ice cold Arnold Palmer! The chicken was basic in taste with sauce drizzled on top. I added some of the Sriracha sauce in the veggies for flavor. The rice was a bit mushier than it should have been, but I was starving. I didn’t like the inside of the egg roll…too doughy.Very clean inside with outside seating! Seems to be a popular choice for the locals.
OMG, these guys have amazing food and service! Sharon at the front will always give you a smile and warm greeting when taking your order. The brothers that own this location(I will leave out names for privacy) are incredible!! They go above and beyond to make sure that you have top notch food and service. The place always looks clean and neat. I have been to other locations and this one never disappoints and always stays consistent. They are the best!Vegetarian options: You can get an amazing bowl with fresh veggies and no meat! Yum!
This is our third time going here and it’s become one of our favorites in the area. The Teriyaki bowls are so good. However, this time, we got treated extremely poorly and may not be returning. As someone who’s been in the hospitality industry since 2004, customer service should always be the most important thing in any customer facing business. That is not what we got. We ordered curbside and when our food was brought out, I was informed that I “ordered incorrectly” and to “not do it again”. I asked her to explain. We went through it 5 times before I finally just left, as she wasn’t going to change her mind and only cared about being right. My wife and I ordered bowls. I substituted my side for noodles and paid the $1 upcharge. My wife substituted her side for fried rice. Neither of us ordered EXTRA sides, and we both paid the upcharge for these premium sides. Since we both wanted rice and noodles, we asked them to split them so each bowl had half noodles and half fried rice (again, NOT extra). I indirectly got called cheap because I “didn’t pay the extra upcharge” since each bowl had noodles and fried rice. I tried explaining 5 times to the lady that it was half and half and BOTH of us paid the upcharge and she continued to tell me I ordered it wrong. So I told her that next time we’ll just split it ourselves at home and drove off. This. Does. Not. Make. Sense. And the customer should always be right. Don’t call your customers cheap when they paid what they should’ve paid. Extremely unprofessional. And all this over $2 extra that she thought I should’ve paid. We most likely won’t be back.
My family went here yesterday for the first time and we absolutely loved it. Everyone is hard working. Besides the food being super fresh, the place is absolutely spotless. The atmosphere is family oriented and we especially enjoyed Ms. Sharon. Out of everything wonderful I mentioned, Ms. Sharon would be the #1 reason we’d come back. She told us to order online how we want our meal, that’s when we found out that Teriyaki Madness has an online service (amazing). Most of all, Ms. Sharon is really cool! She gave our girls a beautiful new memory. She passed out lollipops and they just absolutely loved it there. We will definitely be back for that hot and fresh Teriyaki Madness! Thank you Ms. Sharon!
