Safari's Brick Oven Grille

I love the Elephant Gun! It's tender grilled steak and chicken. And the rolls are crisp on the outside and soft inside, served with honey butter. And the Mac and Cheese!!! Not pictured is the side salad, which was also delightful! Delivered by Premium Food Delivery.

The 5 of us had some pizza, appetizers, salads, and a burger, a pasta, and a club sandwich. All their dressings are made in house. The service was on point and the food tasted great. You can tell they may be slightly understaffed, but they rocked it. They were busy, but we still got refills, good ticket times, great food, got seated right away. We even had the owner, the floor manager, and the food runner all check on us at separate times, randomly, In addition to our server. The Teamwork at this local joint is on point. All the staff seemed in high spirit. This is rare, this is a great check and balance system. This restaurant is well managed. And that's why they literally couldn't mess anything up.Which brings me to my final point. We had an excellent time out to eat tonight. Everything was great. This is rare these days, even at mom and pop and locally owned places... rarely do you get great service and food. Highly recommend this place, and everything on the menu since we ordered 10 plus different items and I sampled all and ALL was FANTASTIC.Thanks and Merry Christmas

Poor Excuse for a Restaurant!We've patronized this place regularly since it opened. Last time, we ordered as usual and the side veggies were terribly moldy (see pictures)We complained _to the owner_ expecting a re-cook or a comp, but no; he (literally) shrugged it off and walked away.Tonight we tried them one last time, and the pizzas took ONE HOUR and came burned. They offered to recook it but after the initial wait for an hour- we declined, and they still allowed us to pay full price for the burned pizza that we left on the table.Never again.

I came here due to the 1 1/2 hour wait at Texas Roadhouse, and I’m so glad that I ran across this hidden gem. We were seated immediately on a Friday night even though they were very busy. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip to start and it came out quickly and was excellent. We also tried the free bread and it was soft and warm with a side of honey butter. For the main course, we both got the filet and shrimp special. The presentation was very good and the food was cooked perfectly.Overall, we walked out stuffed and highly satisfied. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

The staff was amazing! They were so welcoming and friendly, and everything was served on time. This was our first visit, and we will definitely be returning. The food was delicious.
