Rock N Roll Sushi Hibachi

Excited to try RnR sushi in Hendersonville. We like sushi and there are some great local spots. RnR definitely has a cool atmosphere and quick service. Our waitress was good although a little slow on the draw so we had to routinely ask others for things. She also messed up on a food allergy, but we caught it before any problems. Great concept of a sushi restaurant. There are tons of choices for sushi rolls, appetizers, and hibachi. We ordered two of the deluxe rolls and one of the common rolls. All three were very tasty and prepared very well. We will definitely come back and try other rolls and maybe an appetizer next time. I visited this restaurant when it first opened and wasn't too fond of what I ordered. However, I returned this weekend and enjoyed the best, oversized spicy shrimp sushi roll I've ever tasted, along with the most delicious fried rice! Yay!!! I really love the atmosphere and the nostalgic music vibes. It's a great place!

We had a fantastic experience! We arrived around 6 PM and were seated immediately. We ordered two appetizers, which arrived surprisingly quickly. I tried the VIP roll, and I highly recommend it! Our server, BJ, provided excellent service and took great care of us. We will definitely be returning!

I visited Rock and Roll Sushi today and ordered the Crowd Surfer roll ($14) along with a Ginger Salad ($3.99). The roll featured shrimp tempura and spicy tuna on the inside, topped with red tuna and jalapeño, all drizzled with a mix of sweet and spicy sauces. The presentation was appealing. However, I found the combination of cooked and raw textures to be a bit off, and the red tuna was somewhat chewy. The flavors overall were enjoyable, but as for the spiciness, it was about the same heat level as fast food sweet chili sauce. I also felt that the roll was a bit on the lighter side for the $14 price point.
