Eating was good, but simply because of his attitude we won?t be back: can even ask a simple question without it acting like him?s irritating. If several people comment on your attitude? Then guess what... you have an attitude... just be an adult and work on it. I suggest you open another business and do something you really enjoy.

It makes no sense how good this food was. That was by far the best roasted chicken I ever had not even the best hot chicken, but the best roasted chicken. At the same time it had the most juicy meat and the crispy skin, which seems simply impossible to have both. And the taste was by far the best of any hot chicken we had to boot (about six places in total, including Prince's and Bolton's). The fish was also perfect on the inside flaky and the skin was so crispy that it made noise when my girlfriend dragged her fork against the top. Even the sweet tea was incredible. We have an x hot leg quarter, middle catfish, xx hot tenders, hot wings and a sweet tea and I recommend each of these items. The food was so great that my friend and I agreed that we would like to take a trip from our house in Atlanta to get this chicken and drive home. And we will probably. The owner was also a very funny and friendly guy. You can say how much pride he takes in the quality of his food because it was a man show, outside his buddy running the smoker. He made cooking, took the commands, led the register, answered the phone and did cleaning everything from himself. Get the man's food. Meals these incredible are just a few and far between.

Fantastic food and a hidden jewel... You have a gun and the CORNBREAD. AMAZING. Treat others as you want to be treated. People try to leave all the food service staff. I'm glad Mr. Moore has no respect.

I 'm extremely confident this is absolutely the best hot chicken in town. I 've tried numerous places, including the big two. The hot chicken was perfectly cooked. Juicy on the inside and crispy breading that didn 't get soggy or burnt. The hot seasoning is just perfect. Everything is made fresh and to order. Meaning, you should probably call ahead or expect a wait. It seems a lot of reviews misconstrue the owners straightforward attitude with being rude. I took everything as it was. He was very clear about how his business runs and made great recommendations based on that. Who 's going to have better insight and provide better tips than the owner? I found him to be super nice, welcoming and funny. I highly suggest you ignore any post about the owners attitude and instead give it a try. Great food, great experience. Full recommendation!

The best hot chicken I had in Hendersonville. Our family also tried different spice levels. Some ate chicken legs, chest on the bone, and others had chicken strips it was all amazingly fresh made to order. YUM!
