Outback Steakhouse - Hendersonville

My wife wanted me to use one star. The positives. My sweet potato was good. The steak was medium just as I ordered. The negatives many. Started out being seated in wet seats. My steak was peppered so heavily it covered up any of the good flavor. The knife in the wrapped silverware were filthy. We asked for new and we’re brought seven more sets of silverware all with dirty knives. They kept taking the silverware from their bin. We finally asked them to hand wash a knife for me. They finally admitted their dishwasher was broken and being repaired, but did not bother to rewatch the silverware from their front bin. My wife had asked for lemon with her water when ordering. I had to ask 3 times before it was brought to her. She had ordered her dish with no onions or scallions, but was brought out loaded with them. The food took a very long time to arrive. The bill also took my asking twice. All this at a slow time of the day before 5 pm. Won’t be back!

Stopped in driving home from a visit to friends and was super impressed. Very nice atmosphere and our server Christie was top notch. Very friendly, kept our drinks refilled and checked in often. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend.

Best Outback experience we have had in months! Service was excellent as was the food! Zack was our primary waiter and made sure everything was to our satisfaction and as ordered. However we counted 4 other wait staff that brought drinks, appetizers and food to our table so that it was as quick as possible and hot! Thanks for the excellence! It’s refreshing to see in today’s market and world! :

Went to Outback last week with our family of 5, our waitress name was Jessie she was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. She made our all around experience at Outback just great. We will defiantly be requesting to sit in Jessie's area next time we go. :

Food was delicious and came out in a timely matter with how busy it was. Jessie was our server and went above and beyond. She had a fantastic personality and was very helpful. Was very happy to be not only doing her job as a server but made out time just as enjoyable!
