Triple B Brooks Brothers Burgers

Been there 3 different visits because of buy 1 get 1 free meal coupons. Took us 3 visit to learn never to go again. Each visit was the same horrible incompetent service. Each time we had to get our own silverware and napkins from the waiter station. Each time we could not get any refills on drinks. Each time was at least a 40 minutes wait for food? The last visit we had to sit at the bar and waited 14 minutes to get menus, another 7 minutes to order drinks, another 31 minutes to get a Caesar Salads with Crispy Chicken. What came was a much earlier prepared bulk collection of Romaine lettuce tossed in a bland Caesar salad dressing with some old grated Romano cheese sprinkled on it and 1 single chicken tender cut into 7 pieces. For $7.99 each. Apparently, the way to get anything close to service is to be a local that knows waitress names so you can shout! 3 visits, 3 abysmal experiences, 3 strikes we are out. Locals who patronize this dump must have service expectations below sea level. We and our family, friends, and business colleagues will never be back.

Decent food at a very decent price.Service was good but at times you do have to make an effort to get a server's attention. It gets very busy in there.But everyone is always happy to serve. We always leave satisfied. The onion rings are addictive!

Located inside of the Rainbow Casino off Henderson City's Water Street area is the Triple B Brooks Brothers Burgers. A 50's themed diner cafe with comfortable booths, great service staff and a tasty sandwich menu of great value.

Great food. Breakfast ONLY before 11am. Then the afternoon menu is available. Derive us great. Pre pandemic prices. Lots of locals come there

Burgers are delicious, meat is good quality and they have a nice choice of burgers. We got the one with apple wood bacon and onion rings, and the one with andouii sausage with grilled onions. All burgers have two patties and around 10 bucks with tots or potatoes. Great deal for quality gourmet burger. Only complaint, this is the smokiest casino in Henderson, we came out reeking after only one hour. I would get the burgers again, but maybe to go.
