Used the mobile app from home and ordered our meal and paid before heading to McDonald's. Love it, there's no waiting and you can either pick it up curbside, drive-through, or at the counter. McDonald's app is user friendly and allows you to use your points and daily coupons for discounts. Food was hot and staff are nice.
The worst mcds I have ever been to. The food is TERRIBLE AND OLD !! The workers Are GEHHTOOO and rude no one there knows how to say hi or what. The black guy working the 2nd window late nights doesn't even say hi he just throws the food at you. FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER
So disappointed! Just spent 15 minutes in their drive-thru. Pulled in, ordered 2 Carmel Frappes, paid sat in line for 15 minutes. Then, when the line moves we FINALLY move to the pick-up window, we 're told Sorry, our O2 machine is out. We can 't do frappes. Would you like a shake or your money back? Frappes need CO2? How are they serving sodas? Those need the bubbles, not a frappe. And their machine just went out?! Don 't believe we 'll be coming back here anytime soon.
Service was extremely low quality. I pull up to the drive thru microphone just to be greeted by a muttering employee who I could hardly understand. It wasn't after two attempts of asking him to please speak up that he finally did. When I pull up to the window, I can see very clearly that the employee there is on their phone and not working on preparing my order. After a minute of waiting for the employee to notice that I pulled up the window, I'm directed to pull forward and wait even more for my order. Finally, while waiting for my order I can see that the employees inside, instead of attending to their jobs, are playing around and pushing and shoving each other around. Unacceptable for a customer to see.
