We have been getting the same large order for over a year every Saturday. Now it gets canceled every week. Had to move to different store. Bad management or recent hires.

Told me they don't offer unsalted pretzels. I've been coming to green valley ranch and getting unsalted pretztles since they opened auntie annies here. I will never give them a dime from now, no matter what location. Wetzel pretzel from now on. thanks

Very rude customer service.. and the same young kid helped me at Baskin Robbins and he was helping me like I was going to steal something... very rude and alot of racism..
