Texas roadhouse is always on point. If we want a sure fire meal that we know will be done right we eat here. They are always busy. Prices are reasonable. Staff is usually always friendly and they are as much kid friendly as they are adult.

Where to begin! We came in last night around 745pm and were seated immediately. Waitress came over did her intro and got our drinks. we got a blossom and ordered our food my wife got the crispy chicken salad, my son got a kids mac n cheese, I got a ribeye with a loaded sweet potato and side salad. When the plate came out this is what was on it for the loaded sweet potato. Highly disappointing I don't know about you but the person that is on expo or manager watching plates go out of the kitchen should have caught this before it even was in the servers hands. Likewise the server should have had the common sense to maybe not have served the burnt marshmallows. They were so burnt that they were hollow and the second you touched them turned to ash. The more disappointing thing is that the floor manager that stood behind us almost the entire night who is supposed to do table touches never even came over to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. If I could rate this as a zero I would have.

The past couple times were a little disappointing because of the staff, but it's 100% back on track. The food was great, the beer was cold and we didn't have to wait very long for food.

Food was great. Our server was attentive and courteous. One of the better servers we've had at Texas Roadhouse. Tried the country fried chicken with country gravy. It was excellent.

One of our favorite places to go! We are here at least once a month. Very lame that they won't take reservations for more than 6 people. I tried to do call ahead seating for 8 people but was told we had to have all guests present before being seated. We would've preferred to wait in the car until our table was ready because we had 4 children, but they wouldn't seat us until everyone was in the restaurant. Once in the restaurant we had to wait another 10 minutes for our table to be set up. Why couldn't you just set up the table when we called and told us when to come in once the table was ready?
