Pho Fresh Yummy - Hemet

I am very disappointed with the crispy spring rolls. During our first takeout order, they were delicious, but on our second and third orders, they seemed like they had been reheated or recooked. When my husband showed me the last one he had, it was burned on the inside and looked old, as if they had simply wrapped it in a fresh wrapper. Please don’t do this; charging $12.99 for four spring rolls is not acceptable when we are being served what feels like leftovers. Food: 1, Service: 1.

I ordered the shrimp, which was advertised as jumbo, but it definitely wasn't. The bánh mì bread was hard, and the chicken was dry and lacking flavor. It was also really hot in the restaurant, making for an uncomfortable experience. The floor fans were on, but all they did was blow around hot air. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 1 star.

The food is great, but the timing leaves much to be desired. They advertise an opening time of 11 AM, yet they don’t actually arrive until after 11:30.
