Amazing sandwiches! every penny worth! as they go in them, they can already smell the amazing aromas of fresh here. I had the pastrami sandwich and it burst with taste! I love the thick cut and the fresh brot that is used to make it. the brot was soft and damp it kept the pastrami taste in every bite!

Absolute love to a sandwich. not your thrown hoagie. no! a perfectly designed gourmet friend of fresh bread, that. delicious! not cheap because they get what they pay. it is worth pampering. I keep on the way to a walk with the doggien. I do not share...Lol fantastic dessert also treats and interesting drinks. bon apetit! that's fun!

Best sandwiches on the west coast. in the house everything is done. and then one of all others, and do not sleep on all sides.

The most amazingly decadent pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had.

We found ourselves in a bit of a spot today, missing lunch, 4:57 pm, about to head into a giant traffic jam. Needed to grab something really yummy and healthy for the long trip home. Even though they were putting up the stools and getting ready to close, James welcomed us in, made us feel taken care of, and filled our bellies with the *most* delicious chicken sandwiches we’ve ever had. The bread is so fresh and flavorful. The chicken was moist and plentiful. The arugula was bright and crisp. Everything else in the sandwich made it taste fantastic. When some places would have easily turned us away, Troubador went beyond to be kind. James even sent us off with an insanely good slice of Yuzu pie for the road.Our new favorite lunch in Healdsburg and beyond. Highest recommendations! Thank you James and Troubador!
