Bistro H - Healdsburg

Situated just off the square, this restaurant is a gem. Everything we ordered was exceptional. The lobster roll was outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed the uni and crab mac and cheese—though I must admit, I didn’t fully appreciate the uni, so I preferred to think of it as just crab mac and cheese. That was my only minor disappointment. The cucumber martini was refreshing and ideal for a warm evening. Be sure to try the bread pudding with a scoop of vanilla ice cream; it was absolutely fantastic! The service was great, making it an excellent spot for couples and groups, with prices that are reasonable considering the quality of the food.

I visited Willi’s for the first time, and I was completely satisfied, leaving with a full belly and a big smile. The seafood selection was incredibly fresh and delicious! I can't wait to return whenever I'm back in Healdsburg. The sauces for the seafood were so good that I could have sipped them on their own. The oysters and clams tasted exceptionally fresh and were delightful. The service was also excellent! Plus, the interior of the restaurant is spacious and inviting!

To begin our meal, we ordered the small seafood platter. The raw oysters and clams were incredibly fresh, and the fried clam strips were absolutely delightful. However, the real standout was the clam chowder—it was such a highlight that I could have easily enjoyed several bowls! Additionally, we sampled the fish special, which was served in a tapa style and cost just $16. It was cooked to perfection and incredibly fresh. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. With amazing seafood and an outstanding selection of wines and cocktails, Willi's is a must-visit for any food lover. You definitely won't be disappointed!

We were passing through and heard that there was good food in Healdsburg, and it turned out to be true. The crispy pork belly tacos were absolutely incredible. If I lived there, I would definitely be a regular just for those tacos. The chocolate chunk banana bread pudding was unbelievably delicious. The service was exceptional, and everything we tried was tasty. We dined outdoors, and the charming people and adorable dogs passing by added to the experience.

Delicious small plates packed with flavor! My mom and I arrived on a Saturday at 5:00 PM and were promptly seated at the bar. Since the weather was lovely, the outdoor seating was fully booked with reservations. The bar had a vibrant, girls' night out atmosphere, but it is located in the main walkway leading to the dining area and the patio/bathrooms, so be prepared for a steady stream of foot traffic right behind you. Willy's offers a broad selection of wines and beverages, as well as small plates and a raw bar. Since my mom isn't a fan of anything raw, we focused on the small plates and were thoroughly impressed with our choices. In order of preference, we enjoyed: pan-roasted shrimp with chives and garlic, grilled fish tacos topped with avocado crema and pickled onions, bacon-wrapped scallops, and French fries served with Laura Chanel goat cheese ranch. I would gladly order everything again! The flavors are outstanding, and dishes are served as they're ready, allowing you to enjoy each one at your leisure. I highly recommend making a reservation if you prefer outdoor seating in the summer or plan to visit during busy times.
