Alexander Valley Vineyards - Healdsburg

We experienced a cave tasting with Mark, and it was an amazing time. He was an excellent guide. Our tasting session was led by Alyssa, who was very knowledgeable about the wines and assisted us in selecting some fantastic bottles. Overall, we had a wonderful day there.

This vineyard is truly lovely, with fantastic staff. After enjoying their exquisite wine a bit too much, we accidentally left our purchases in the restroom. By the time we realized it, the vineyard had already closed. We rushed back and were fortunate to encounter one of the owners as they were leaving. They generously recreated our order without making a fuss. It's a wonderful place with wonderful people and superb wine. What more can I say?

This winery is absolutely breathtaking! The grounds, facilities, and staff are all exceptional. The wines are expertly crafted with minimal intervention and are reasonably priced. We were fortunate to stay in the schoolhouse and immerse ourselves in the rich history of this winery and its region. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

This is a wonderfully relaxed and beautiful vineyard that truly embodies warmth and hospitality. My son and I spent some delightful time on their porch while I sampled their wines, and we were both pleasantly surprised with a complimentary cave tour. My son absolutely loved it, and I really appreciated the fact that he was welcome, as many vineyards tend to exclude families with children. The service was friendly and engaging, and the wine was delicious and fairly priced.

Alexander Valley Vineyards is truly a hidden gem! The service is outstanding, the wines are delicious, and the charming tasting room with its outdoor patio offers stunning views of the beautiful vineyards. Mark was particularly fantastic as he guided us through our tasting, sharing entertaining stories, rich history, and plenty of laughs. Being a family-owned establishment, everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive—even Hattie, the winery's adorable dog! The Late Harvest Zinfandel was a delightful surprise, and I was thrilled to find one of my favorite varieties, Gewurztraminer, on the menu. I would definitely visit again—10/10!
