Billy Sims Barbecue - Hays

We ordered ribs and they were cold. The food normally is hot. It is very good. But that day ribs were cold. One of us had a salad, she got sick.

Best baked potatoe I've had in a long time. Pulled pork and brisket were tender with very little fat. Would have been 5 star but the gal who took our order wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed that we were there.

A little bit off the highway, but worth it! It was delicious!

Ribs were fall of the bone. Cafeteria choice style like Dickies out west. BBQ sauce was good.

This was really some of the best barbecue I've had in a long time. We came in close to closing time so unfortunately they didn't have a lot of product or condiments. We kind of got rushed out a little bit but the food was worth it.
