Superbowl Chinese Restaurant

It took a long time to place our order at the restaurant. The meals all came out at different times, with a group of 8 ordering 9 dishes. Two of the fried rice dishes arrived 30 minutes apart. It ended up taking 2 hours from the time we ordered to actually receive our meals. It was difficult to find a server when we needed to order or inquire about our meals. Unfortunately, this made for an unpleasant evening, especially since we had 3 children in our group.

We ordered three dishes at the restaurant. My dish came out quickly because it was already prepared. I ordered barbecue duck and fried boar. I finished my meal, but my son and husband had not arrived yet. We waited for over an hour, but they never showed up. The staff seemed unhappy that we left without waiting any longer and we still paid for the food we ordered. The portion of the dish I had was disappointing, with too much rice and not enough meat.

The restaurant is small and may not appeal to Westerners, but we enjoyed the ambiance that felt like being in Asia. The food is exactly what you would expect from a place in Chinatown, where many Chinese and Asian people eat, and it's definitely worth the money. We ended up going back a few times.

We visited this restaurant after a recommendation. we were quite nervous when we first saw it, sincere. it saw running down and the decor was very tired. we noticed that many Chinese eat in the restaurant, which is in the rule the sign of a great place. in the restaurant there was an unmistakable smell that got used to something. cleanliness was not perfect. shells were chipped, cutlery less than perfect. that was amazing. delicious aroma, fresh ingredients. so glad that we looked past the decoration and the first impression.

It may seem odd to go to a restaurant mostly for one dish but the chili fish balls at Superbowl are worth the visit. We get them as takeaway and enjoy them for lunch or dinner simple, tasty and chewy they are also a...good snack. The restaurant is casual and they offer other dishes but we usually make this a destination visit for the chili fish balls.
