Gumshara Ramen - Haymarket

I reckon this place is a little hidden gem located in Chinatown. It is one of the best ramen I have ever had with their amazing thick broth and generous serving size that you can't get anywhere else. If you want the best ramen in Sydney, I'd say this is the go to place, especially if you're visiting Sydney!

Tried the spicy and black garlic chashu ramen. Super thick broth, very different to what I had previously. You can get them to thin out the broth which I didn't do it. The flavour is intense which is great. Might come back again but not anytime soon

This bowl is very big for one people ???? I feel tired of eating it. I think the bbq pork is fatty ???? Soup is too thick and tasteless . Honestly, i dont like it too much

Best ramen! Not only is the price low, but the ramen is off the planet good. It's just an all round win win! Flavorusome broth, perfect ramen... what more can I ask for

I ordered No.06... It was not good... LOL... The texture and taste weren't all that good either. The worst thing is that prices are different.
