Cafe Kasturi - Haymarket

We loved the food here and the cuisine was very authentic and made to perfection. We enjoyed the service and ambience. Recommended.

Just like what my title says, the food they provide here is very good. The most authentic original of Asian food, especially Indonesian, Malaysian Singaporean Malay food. Nothing could get this close. Nowhere else in Sydney can you find something of similar quality. It does help a lot that the owner is Malaysian so the Asian food served here is nothing but original recipe. They also allow takeouts. The only con is that the food is very expensive for something of an above average dinner place. However, you can 't expect much, considering It Is Sydney is very hard to find Asian food anywhere else. For example, the 'Roti Canai ' (flour bread) set costs AUD$15 which I could otherwise get at just AUD$2 back in Asia. The good thing is that the chicken curry portion that complements it is huge delicious. Drop by once in awhile, you 'll be surprised at how good the food here ignites your taste buds.

Very, very nice Indian food Not the best I've had in Sydney Not even the best Indian in a shopping mall food court in Sydney, but it's a pretty fair
