Parrando's Tex-mex Grill - Haymarket

Authentically delicious! I highly recommend the Parrillado Combo Fajitas and the Shredded Beef Chimichanga. The only downside is the price per portion; while the offerings are delicious, the portions are a bit on the smaller side, which is good for my diet. Consider downsizing the margarita—it's quite good, but it helps keep costs down. The service was friendly and came with a smile. Make sure to try it soon! Just a heads up about the large margaritas—they're $31 each! Yikes! I had two; they were great but pricey.

My first visit to this restaurant was quite enjoyable. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely consider coming back. The service was a bit lacking, though. The server was friendly at first, but after delivering our initial drinks (and not bringing any water), we didn't see him again. A food runner brought out our meals but didn’t check in about drinks, so we ultimately had to catch another server to request our check. Despite the service issues, I still believe this place is worth a return visit.

I visited for dinner for the first time and had a great experience. The greeters and servers were excellent. The food was very fresh and there were plenty of vegetarian options available. The meals were light, even with the generous servings of rice and beans. The flan was amazing! Just a heads up, they close early.

Seated. Ignored for 15 minutes. Left without seeing a waitress. I hope the owner figures this out.

I ordered the parandilla combo with chicken and steak fajitas and shrimp wrapped in bacon. The flavor was so deliciously moist and the charro beans and rice was a nice side to this. This was the best flavored fajitas I've had in awhile. Great flavors!!!!
