We had a great night out. Staff were casual but professional. It made it very comfortable. The food was brilliant. A nice, warm, welcoming place. We will return. This is a GREAT place to chill out and enjoy some lovely catch-up time for yourself along with wonderful food and good service; or to catch-up with family and friends in lovely surrounds and over a wonderful lunch or afternoon tea.... or even possibly dinner. Check first as to when it is open, because the hours of opening have changed a little, generally from Wednesday through to Sunday they will be open at some time to enjoy a fabulous visit here! Today I enjoyed a late lunch/early dinner: Chicken Schnitzel with Salad and Fries, accompanied with a cool drink, and also a cappuccino to finish. (In the past I have enjoyed the Hunters Schnitzel with Mushroom Sauce/Gravy; and on other occasions a cappuccino an exceptional and lovely slice of Black Forest Cake! There is a good variety of food to choose from, small or large. What a wonderful gem! The staff are lively and welcoming. The coffee was so good and the food was great! We stopped for brunch and it was worth it. It’s dog friendly too which is awesome! I’m adding this place to my go to list.
