Sweet Peppers Deli - Hattiesburg

As a newcomer to Hattiesburg and always seeking out healthy dining options, I stumbled upon Sweet Peppers Deli. The atmosphere is nice and clean, offering a casual vibe. I typically go for the salads here, which come in two sizes: small and large. The menu features a wide range of choices, including sandwiches, wraps, soups, and some tempting dessert options, like various cakes. The staff has always been friendly, and my orders are usually prepared quickly. I often order the Caesar salad, adding mushrooms to it. It comes with delicious sun-dried tomatoes and generous croutons. The Caesar dressing has a unique flavor, blending aspects of traditional Caesar and ranch, giving it a slightly sweeter taste. I’m always pleased with my meal. If you're in the mood for healthy food, I highly recommend checking this place out!

However, I’m seriously disappointed that they've recently changed their policy regarding extras for the salads. Previously, the only additional charge was for the chicken, but now you can only add three items for free, and everything else comes at an extra cost. I really enjoyed the free extras while they lasted, and I'm hoping there’s a way to bring that back. If you do, I’d eat here every single day, I promise! Aside from that, it’s still an amazing place to eat, and I hope to find more ways to navigate their system and influence future policy changes.

This restaurant is stunning. It's more upscale than typical fast food, but it's still casual enough that you don’t need to wear a tie. The quality of the food is excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable. The selection is healthy and varied.

I really enjoyed my meal, and the restaurant was very clean. It was a bit on the pricey side, but the food was definitely worth it.
