However, I was met with disappointment when both employees at the register ignored me to serve four other customers. When I asked if I could simply grab my sandwich, they still refused to assist me. I explained that I had called ahead and pointed out that I shouldn't have to wait behind four people. The younger employee responded rudely, insisting that I had to wait until she was finished. I was taken aback by the level of disrespect I received. It's disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior, especially as someone who works in Wesley. I believe we should represent our hospital better than this.
Tonight, on 09/28/2022, the three young ladies working at the restaurant were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient—the list goes on! I wish every Subway had such wonderful staff. Even though I'm sure they encounter difficult customers from time to time, you would never know it by the way they handled everything from 2:30 PM until the end of my visit. I hope they see this, and I told them in person just how amazing they were!
The service was terrible! The subway worker was complaining about how tired she was and couldn't wait for her shift to end. When I asked for extra mayonnaise, she seemed frustrated and didn't want to go back to get another bottle. Additionally, the salad was not fresh at all.
I love subway, but they must bring back the often roasted chicken breast
