Mercury Pizza Co - Hattiesburg

We visit this restaurant often because the pizza is fantastic, but today the service was really disappointing! While we were dining in, the server carelessly tossed our pizza onto the table and walked away. I had to chase her down for Parmesan and red pepper! Then, we had to request a knife and fork since none were provided in the dining area. We ended up eating the pizza straight from the box, which has never happened to us before. The pizza is great, but the service was awful!

The pizza sizes are misleading! They advertise a small as a medium. The salad is mostly just decent lettuce, with the rest being barely acceptable. Overall, it feels like a waste of money! What they call a medium is actually just a small.

I work at a local shop here in Hattiesburg. My coworkers and I have ordered from this place countless times over the years, but nothing makes up for this. I wasn?t offered a refund or apologized to. Only offered a remake. There is a fly cooked into the pizza we ordered. This is disgusting. No one should receive this. I?ve worked in pizza and delivery in the past.

Fantastic pizza—my favorite in Hattiesburg! I love the crust; it's not greasy and has the perfect texture—crispy without being hard on the mouth. I tried the Hawaiian and the Butcher pizzas, and both were excellent!
