Mcdonald's - Hattiesburg

I visited two different McDonald's today and encountered issues with the ordering kiosks at both locations. The kiosks wouldn’t recognize the items I tried to select for my order. At one McDonald's, I gave up and opted to order at the counter instead. At the second location, an employee helped me by using a different kiosk, which actually worked. It was really frustrating, especially since I’ve used kiosks at other McDonald's without any problems.

I encountered an issue at the drive-thru when my order was mistakenly given to someone else. I was instructed to pull forward, which I did, but ended up waiting for 20 minutes. Eventually, a lady came out and handed me my order. Unfortunately, I drove away without checking the food and ended up with the wrong meal and smaller fries than I had ordered.

I work nearby so I go here for a quick breakfast fairly often and it seems like everytime I go there's either a homeless person begging for something or the workers are acting like they're mad at the world and taking it out on the customers.

If I could give a 0, I would. They have no manners. No matter how polite you are about something incorrect on your order, they have the worst attitudes. I'm convinced that they don't really want to work and are just there to ride the clock and horse around. They definitely need more training on their customer service skills.

Ordered on the app as I do everytime and usually never have an issue. Today the workers decided to disregard items on peoples orders. I ordered two sauces with my order and got neither so I go inside which is already inconvenient. One worker acts like she doesn’t know what’s going on and the other yells 16¢ across from the drive thru and I show them my receipt and say I have already purchased them on my receipt. She proceeds to point on the receipt and say it says $0.00 beside the sauce. I say mam If u didn’t know on the app it doesn’t charge and she proceeds to still tell me I am wrong when I do it every time and it is how the app works. Will never come back to this location again. Driving across town for better service is worth it.
