Forty North Caribbean Kitchen

Forty North, which has had a new owner since February 2017, is an absolute gem! A friend, and I, enjoyed great drinks and a delicious lunch there, yesterday. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The oxtails were mouth-wateringly seasoned, and in a sopping good gravy. We just couldn't stop eating our entrees, so no room for dessert. This wonderful culinary experience was enhanced by the magnificent river, and Palisades view, as well as a great chat with the new owner. We will definitely return, not only for another great meal, but also for the live music and sunset view. Definitely, my newest favorite spot.

This is an amazing find. Wonderful food and a view of the Hudson. Wait staff very attentive. Highly recommend!

I had my daughter's bridal shower at 40 North this past weekend. It was absolutely wonderful!! Cheech, the owner/chef could not be nicer or more accommodating. I decided on a brunch buffet. Everything was delicious from the fresh baked muffins to the homemade raviolis and made to order omelettes. The venue itself is beautiful with wood floors and tables, a fireplace and spectacular views of the Hudson River. It has a great multi tiered deck that we used to take pictures. I have received many complements on the bridal shower and would highly recommend Forty North especially for a private party.

My company Rooney Tunes, DJ’d a 60th Birthday there last night. The staff was incredible. The food was delicious and the view was amazing! The elevator wasn’t working but the manager had 2 workers help me up the stairs with my equipment! Now THAT’S service! Looking forward to going back when I’m not working! The corn fritters were to die for!
