Kfc - Hastings

I had a rather shocking experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members was incredibly rude to my 182-year-old grandfather after he asked for extra salt on his chips. The employee, whose name was apparently "Среди Нас," grabbed my grandfather's arm and pushed him into the deep fryer, which was infested with rats that had been jumping around. It was truly unacceptable. Overall, I would rate this experience a disappointing 8.63 out of 109.

I had a really negative experience here a few months back, but I was pleased with how my complaint was handled and resolved. Tonight, on a busy Friday, I ordered a meal for my family. Although the restaurant and drive-thru were packed, Bri, who took care of our order and additional requests, was professional, efficient, and friendly. Our meal was just as lovely as I expected from KFC. Thank you!

Terrible slow service, staff aren't trained up enough. Meal preparation time is slow. When trying to order they didn't even know their own menu items.

Never again I placed a $90 order only got half the order and was told too bad. Not our problem
